ProMan provides support for these individuals in their everyday work and in disseminating their information to the rest of the manufacturing operation.
Customer lookups are just a click away. Look-ups are simplified by an easy name search. Any time you need a customer, the same lookup buttons are conveniently located nearby. The identical search criteria works for parts.
Sales order processing is a versatile entry system. This full-featured system is easy to use. Many item defaults are based on customer and type of order, thereby simplifying order entry.
Our system allows multiple invoices to multiple shipping addresses. All have search criteria making recalling previous addresses easy. Including shipping information on shipping documents can be done easily for each order.
There are unlimited line items on an order. Each line item can have multiple delivery dates and multiple prices. Each line item can have its own special instructions.
When a user needs a date reference, a pop up calendar is just a click away.
The product configurator is a fully table-driven system, allowing users to constantly view selections and pricing.
